Happy Birthday Mark!

Tomorrow is Mark's birthday, so naturally, he worked today instead haha. Cheli got him a nice gift basket of over 12 VARIETIES OF HOT SAUCES!!! This kid loves his food spicy and fast. To celebrate, Cheli also made Burgers and Fries.. but in a dessert fashion.. I know, you're thinking.. CST say whaaat?!

We're all super stoked to be going to the slew of No Doubt tour dates up in southern cali over the next week. Katy Perry's going to be rocking the August 4th show.. looks like she'll be waking up in IRVINE instead of Vegas haha.

Wonderland? Nope, CHAINS!, but Johnny Depp looks perfectly looney in those movie stills haha.

LUNCH BREAK UPDATE!

Brad had a BBQ Chicken wrap with fries.. cajun pejman got the BBQ chicken sandwich. All very good choices but my tortilla chicken soup is BOMB.COM! First time getting this, but the cafe never seems to fail. And of course, I had to get my jell-o chocolate pudding haha.

So last week we had the top secret ALICE IN CHAINS listening party. It was a huge hit! Hundreds of execs and friends showed up.. the phone/camera valet took FOREVERRRR to manage. But we all had a great time guessing which person owned which phones.. a majority of them being iPhones and Blackberries, and a couple totally BLINGED out ones. One iPhone had hot pink rhinestones ALL OVER it with a skull.. so sick. The lady said she coughed up about $65 just to get it done haha. Crazy.

Here's our view from inside the ticket/valet booth.. nifty posters eh? What better way to say BLACK GIVSE WAY TO BLUE?! I applaud the designer on those color choices... ice colddddd haha

And of course, here's our very own Vanna White, Pej killed all sides of the marquee on that ladder.. such a brave soldier.

The new album is waaaaaay good! I wish I had pictures from it, but I almost got kicked out when I went in for their surprise performance at the end... totally forgot I wasn't supposed to have my phone on me, and I got the evilest glares haha. There was free IN N OUT, IZZES, Monsters and of course alcohol. I'm guessing the energy drink phase has passed because only about 10 peeps took monsters haha. Brad had about 4 running in him though.. WIRED!!! The late night music industry perks consisted of free leftover Vodka and Cranberry juice from Poland. Keith said it was quite tasty :) haha.

The Sick Puppies have been doing a great job on the charts so thanks to all the teamers have been helping promote "Tri-Polar." They broke the top 10 albums downloaded off iTunes so kudo congrats to Shim, Mark and Emma.


Brad just started a new Moby's lifestyle project for their recent album "Wait For Me." It's his 9th, so it's pretty amazing to have been one of the few to release more than just one, which seems to be quite the trend these days. Adelitas Way's album release last week too breaking the top 20 rock albums purchased on iTunes. So epic... Here's a pic from their sick release party at the PALMS hotel in VEGAS.

Siiiiiiick Pups Parteezy

Hey roadies!

Last Tuesday was the Sick Puppies' album release party for Tri-Polar. It comes out in-stores TOMORROWWWWWWWW Tuesday, the 14th. Go buy a copy and blare it loud during the long wait for the midnight showing of Harry Potter. I know all you closet wizards are going, so don't be shy about sharing the Puppies' newest tunage!

The guestlist situation was insaaaane. Over 500 people showed up.. we definitely stole a couple from Michael Jackson's memorial that day. I think of the bigger draws to the event was

The night was long but soooooooooo epic. They're on tour right now so make sure to check 'em out when they're in your city.

The MY FAVORITE HIGHWAY video for "Say So" is now out thanks to FriendsorEnemies.com, and the song is currently being pushed on radio as of today (at least that's what Bobby tweeted ;) ). It's up on the player now so watch and share. Sign up for their tour and a new online cd review project is in the works so keep an eye out.
